Hi,

I am a bit confused. You have said you are in Acrobat XI Pro and also in Android Mobile or Samsung note. Acrobat Pro does not run on mobile. Can you please give us your exact version?

As to the comments, are you “mayank”? Or is this someone who made comments before you got the document?

Did you create the PDF or did someone else create it?

Where did you get the PDF?

Is the PDF locked for editing?

Can the comments be deleted?

Hi Shivarajm,

As you have mentioned above you are trying to disable the comments from appearing in the PDF on the mobile application.

The comments window shown in the screenshot appears only when you click on some comment added to the PDF.

There is no setting to disable the comment window from appearing on the screen.

However, the window will not appear if you delete the comments from the PDF.

Hope that answers your query.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi

The forum guidelines are that there are no double postings. Since you have twice referred to your second thread, I’ll lock this one and we can continue the discussion there.
