How to do a full word search that's saved in images?

I have created a PDF file that contains multiple images of informational texts that I copied and pasted from another source.  Now I am wanting to perform full word searchs so that I am able to find specific words from within the copied images, but so far, the CONTROL + F function has been unsuccessful.  Is there a way to achieve this process?

For better reference, I have included an attachment of an image as an example.  In the image is the term "value-added" and my goal is to be able to find a word "value-added" in a search.

Thanks for the help and support!

Using Acrobat Pro run Text Recognition on the file, and hope for the best.
