How to download all my files?

I tried selecting folders in the Creative Cloud app and adobe.com/files but there's no option to download them.

I can't find my files using Acrobat. All my folders are empty, but when I access them using my browser, all my files are still there.
I just want to download my files to leave Adobe.

Seriously, it's annoying how hard you made my life.
