How to get ICloud back on Adobe.

Recently my Acrobat will not down load my files in ICloud. I can reach them by getting into ICloud but when I go to Acrobat, it says the files aren't there. Help?

What computer are you using? What version of Acrobat? What does "getting into iCloud" mean?

As far as I know, I'm using an Ipad. I think I have the latest on acrobat, since I just renewed my subscription. As for getting into Iclould, I mean access to the patterns I bought on a website.
