The Chamber Field shows 25.0 +/- the Reference field of 23.0 and should populate in the Difference field as -2.0...  The Adjustment Field should then match the Difference field. Then I need the Final Offset field to be +/- the adjustment and Previous offset.

Without knowing your actual field names I will assume they are "Reference", "Chamber"...etc, so for example as 'Simplified field notation' of "Adjustment" field, enter: Reference-Chamber  this should subtract Chamber and Reference and give you a result of -2.0. Since it's nothing complex, you can probably use simplified field notation for other calculation too. If 'Adjustment' field should always match difference, you can name it same as difference so they always have same value.

In simplified field notation, you enter field names  (it is better to not have spaces in field names) along with simple math operator (+, -, *, /).

Once you enter your calculation, you should click on 'Ok', if you only see 'Go to' you will need to resize the window to show all options, take a look at my photo.
