I want the side panel to stay collapsed whenever I open a new file. The left panel stays collapsed but the right panel will not. I don't understand all the settings options, and can't determine what will make this side panel stay collapsed. (I had to get a new work laptop and it stayed collapsed each new file after pushing is closed on previous work laptop and even on my work desktop)
