What you want to do is problem some unless the documents you want to link to are (1) available by direct link to a file on the internet or (2) all of the files are downloaded so the same directory. Frequently, people will click on a link in the pdf file as it is stored in the pdf file (which is actually a file that has been downloaded to a temporary file in a temporary folder. To create a link from one pdf file to another you will need the Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro commercial products and you will need to use the link tool.
