How To Move Acrobat X to another Computer

New Here ,
Dec 13, 2017 Dec 13, 2017

I have an Adobe Acrobat X that I purchased in Jan 2012.  It is running on a Windows 7 computer and I want to move it to a new computer running Windows 10

I put the disk in the dvd drive of the NEW computer and got nothing!  As if the drive wasn't working, which It was.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you expecting a window to pop-up? It probably won't for security reasons, now. Use File Explorer to find the SETUP.EXE file.

Hello jonm78319078

As per the description above, you want to move/install the Adobe Acrobat 10 into another machine, Is that correct?

You cannot move an installed application from one machine to another machine. You have to install the application back on the new machine, so you have to download and install the Acrobat 10 on the new machine.

Use the URL to download and install the Acrobat 10 on the new machine Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

Use the serial key for the activation.

Note: Adobe Acrobat 10 is declared as an End of support product, the support is limited, for more information, please refer to End of support for Acrobat X and Reader X

Feel free to update this discussion in case you need further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
