Hello, everyone. I would appreciate exact guidance on how to cancel my Adobe Pro DC "free trial" subscription. I have already tried all the links below (several times), but there is no cancel button to click.

1. helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

2. helpx.adobe.com/manage-account.html

Seriously getting so frustrated with the lack of customer support from Adobe. Trusting that "free trial" + instructions to cancel was a huge mistake.

Would appreciate tried and tested guidance on this. I pnly have until Octber 21st to cancel and get a "refund" and "no fees". Right now I am even doubting that is true.

Thanks.

When you open the virtual assistant, request support from a representative.

Use the second link that you posted: helpx.adobe.com/manage-account.html

As you scroll up and down on that page, not the bottom right corner of the screen, the "Contact us" floating icon will appear. Clicking on it opens the virtual assistant, which you can use to request a support representative.

I've personally used this method in the past successfully to correct payment issues.
