under "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices", you have to create a new DWORD 32Bit with the value "bUpdater" and set theValue = "0"
