I am receiving this error message in Powerpoint
and it was suggested that my Acrobat app is badly installed. I don't see a repair command. How can I check this or repair the application?
Using the latest Acrobat version and latest Ventura OS. tx

Hi @jiporter,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!
Mac does not allow repairing options like Windows does. The other way around this would be to completely remove the app and re-install it again.
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3XO3Gce, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/4diJJPg.
If this doesn't work. please help us gather the logs from your machine: https://adobe.ly/4ddcWv5. Please make sure Procmon is selected. You can upload logs using this tool and share your Unique log ID with us.

Will I lose my settings if I do this? (toolbar layout, access to editing stamps I customized, any other customizations I made but no longer recall)?

Hi @JIPNET,
Thanks for the response. You can review the thread to understand the location of the stamps saved within Acrobat:
Solved: Export my custom stamps to share with others - Adobe Community - 10787066
Once there, you can copy and save the folder to a different location as a backup and later paste it back into the original location after the re-install.
Hope this helps.
