How to request refund?

Hi I need help requesting a refund for adobe acrobat pro. I have clear screeenshots showings I cancelled it before it you rebill after trail cycle, but this seems like a literal scam that I've been fully charged, and adobe doesn't even have an official help email to ask about it, literal frauds. Ridiculous

As stated in the email, refunds for monthly subscriptions are only available within the first 14 days. You will continue to maintain premium access until the period you paid for ends. There won't be any extra charges since you successfully self-canceled both monthly plans. You can find more information under the " What happens if I cancel after 14 days" section of https://adobe.ly/47C5lqd. Since you chose a monthly plan with no annual commitment, no early termination fees or other charges are applied, Joshua.
