How to scan to original letter size?

I just purchased Adobe Pro DC.  When I scan a letter, it reduces the document to 2/3 of the page.  I want to scan the document to it's original size.  I have searched this forum and the Internet and can find everything except how to scan to actual document size.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Hi marie823,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to scan a document to its original (letter) size using Acrobat, is that correct?

Try setting the "page size" to custom using Tools > Create PDF > Scanner > Default settings ( click the gear icon)

Paper size > Letter ( below are the screenshots)
