How to 'silently' batch convert images to PDF (with same name)

I have a number of PNG files (all containing text only) that I ...
either

want to 'silently'convert to single PDF files from the context menu - using the same name as source file

or

convert them to a single PDF, BUT.. each image to get its own (single) page.

"Silently"= meaning no questions asked

Each one fits on a single page.
But, right now, when combining, two small images may end up on 1 page, together with a larger one, that is then cut off, instead of having them on 3 pages.

Thanks!

If you have Bridge or Photoshop, convert all of the PNG images into TIF images. TIF images are "silent," and all other formats are "noisy."

In Photoshop, go to Edit (menu) -> Scripts -> Image Processor

In Bridge go to Tools (menu) -> Photoshop -> Image Processor

Good luck, let us know

Create an Action with just a Save command in Acrobat and then run it over the folder. Be advised it will process all files in that folder, and in all sub-folders, and attempt to convert them to PDFs. If you don't want that then you have to select the individual files you want to convert when running the Action.

To both: thank you !

Bad luck then. I was hoping for a way to get Acrobat's;:  File > Create > Create Multiple PDF Files... in the context menu.
That runs 'silently'.
The Create > PDF from File
opens Acrobat and each file in a separate tab, requiring confirmation to be saved as PDF file.

Something like "Create PDF files from selected files", doing more or less the same as Create Multiple PDF files, would have been nice, saving in same folder, using same file name. (or command line instructions to that effect)

Anyway, maybe one day in future, in version 2025 or something  ...

Thanks again.
