How to use domain linked to another product. Setting up Adobe Acrobat SSO, but can't use domain

New Here ,

We already have SSO set up with Adobe Sign, and domain has been claimed.  But now we are trying to set up Adobe Acrobat SSO, but when setting it up it's saying the domain has already been claimed.

Both AzureAD and SAML leads to the same error as above.  Not sure how to proceed with this. Adobe support can't even help.

I'm not sure on how to proceed to set up SSO with AzureAD using Adobe Acrobat.

Maybe the power of this community can help.

Thanks

Hi @arshad_7348,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

Are you trying to achieve the workflow through Adobe Admin Console? If not, you might want to try using Azure Sync with Admin Console for a seamless experience.

Refer to this help article to get a detailed insight on how to proceed with it: Authenticate your users with Microsoft Azure

Hope this helps.
