I am getting this pop up when i hover over my text, how do i turn it off?

Hello everyone, I hope there is a solution to this. Whenver I am hovering over any text in acrobat I get a pop-up message under the text. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this off, nor have I ever had this issue before. I hope there is a simple fix!

@Christopher23300229bpg4 wrong place. Go to Commenting, Pop-Up Open Behaviour - Automatically open pop-ups on mouse rollover. Better yet, turn them all off!
