You add fonts to Windows (or Mac) in the usual way. All apps, including Acrobat, can use it.

I'm a Mac user so I have no clue as to how to add fonts into a PC but I can point out one other issue: Any word processing application (Word, InDesign, etc.) does a bunch of things when layout text such as kerning, leading, and other important dynamics to keep the text looking proper. While you can edit and add text in Acrobat, if you are replacing one font with another (and I suppose in your case it would be Poppins), the chance that it has the same default kerning is unlikely and Acrobat may not do a good job with such substitution.

Is there any chance you can get the original document so that after installing Poppins it will look like better text?
