I have my personal browser with 3 different access with 3 different google accounts each has their purpose. 1 personal and other 2 for business work etc etc... But when I download PDF files from other browsers it always askes me to sign in again on the app directly. And when i do, it says Sign in on your browser. We've opened a new broswer tab for you to sign in. Once you've been authenticated you will automatically continue here. And when i go to the browser, i am getting this error all the time.

This error message is a dead end for me, no result on google, no way to contact adobe for help. I don't even know why i am posting it here.

Hi,
sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.
Looking at the description given above, it seems like you have been trying to download some file that has been stored on the web as you have been asked to Sign In. Is it the Adobe Acrobat app that's prompt for Sign In or some other Sign In screen?
Would you mind sharing the exact screenshot of the Sign In screen on the app and Sign In message for the web browser? Or, if you can share the screen recording of the exact workflow, that would be more helpful.
Thanks,
Akanchha

And if I try to login using the app directly, I get this infinite loading screen on the browser and after like 5 minutes the App gives up on the browser and gives me this error.

@Nymbayar245386562i3z sorry for not being able to get back to you. Are you still facing the same issue?
@paul-aime28257919fbb7 could you please share the exact steps performed at your end? As asked earlier, please record your workflow and share it with us to understand better.
Note: if you cannot attack the video directly to this chat, you may upload it to any cloud storage and share the link with us.
Thanks,

Hi AkanchaaS,
That's really funny! You're gathering screenshot from everyone (not only this chat, I saw you on another chats as well), but you don't reply at all!
Who are you and what are you trying to do? Are you fooling people? That's a shame!

I have a similar problem. Same message:
"Sign in on your browser
We've opened a new browser tab for you to sign in. Once you've been authenticated you will automatically continue here."
But there's no new browser tab in any of my browsers.

I just started using the Adobe App on my Windows laptop. There are confusing menus scattered here and there on the screen, and instead of words they have little squiggles and triangles. This is probably the worst user interface I have seen in a long time. It is like a useless joke. Then I came on this web page and people are saying "Where is the file menu?" Get a clue.
