Hello! I bought the premium version of Adobe Reader and it’s not working. I should mention that I purchased it back in March...
This is not the first time I’ve had these issues. I should mention that it doesn’t work either on Android or on iPhone. I’ve tried everything. Even though the app shows that I am subscribed, it constantly asks me to subscribe again, as if I don’t already have a subscription. I would also like to point out that my banking app confirms the payment was successfully processed.

We checked your account and see you have an active subscription for the AI assistant for Acrobat. However, the Acrobat premium subscription shows as cancelled.
Please share the screenshot where you see the subscription information in the application.
