I cant select text properly, only select a couple of words and some parts are missing in bethween

I'm gonna show you trough a picture or video

it's selects so weird, some parts are missing and then it selects all!!!

and some part the selections goes like from small to large it's weird everything!!

I'm going crazy please help me..

this problem I have through all apps! including acrobat. it's not mine the pdf, it's from my university

Hi,

You forgot to add to your inquiry a few things:

Which operating system are you using?
Which Adobe Acrobat and version are you using
What was the source document created from or exported to PDF fro.? MSWord? Illustrator? For example.

Just for troubleshooting purposes, save a copy of this file, and open the new copy and convert it to MS Word or save it as an encapsulated postcript file. The reopen it with Acrobat Pro amd let the Adobe Acrobat convert it back to PDF

This is just for triubleshooting purposes.

You can also try and contact the creator of the form and ask him/her to redo the export to PDF .
