I have a PDF file that I can't convert to Excel even Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. This service is AWFUL. I need help immediately.

I have a 30 page PDF file of my 2016 credit card statement that I need to convert to excel.  I paid for an upgrade in order to make this easy.  But every time I try to convert the file, it asks me to upgrade, then it tells me I've already upgraded, then it crashes, and so on.  It's a horrible system.
