I keep getting Error:104

Enthusiast ,
Oct 19, 2019 Oct 19, 2019

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I also have a MacUpdater. The updater has sent me for two consecutive days a notice that my Acrobat Pro needs to be updated. I have Acrobat to update automatically. I opened the program hit the preferences and went to Updater. Both yesterday and today it said:

"An error occured. Please check for update later." Then - Error: 104

Both days exactly the same. It showed up on the MacUpater and then I couldn't update it. Please help.

Hi,

Could you please open the Acrobat and navigate to the Help menu and click Check for Updates.

If the Acrobat didn't get updated and you got any error, please share the logs from the below location:

~/Library/Logs/Adobe

Seems like your Acrobat Update helper is the old one. Could you please confirm the file version of Acrobat Update Helper placed at /Library/Application Support/Adobe/ARMDC/Application.

In the mean could you please uninstall the current Adobe Acrobat and install the one compatible with Catalina from the link below:
