I upgraded to Acrobat 7.0 Professional several years ago. I have purchased a new computer but can't install the product.

I've been using Acrobat 7.0 Pro for several years. It does everything I need. When I purchased a new computer a few years ago there was a way to get it reinstalled but I just purchased a new computer (Windows 10) and can't seem to install it. Am I going to have to purchase a new version of Acrobat or is there a way to install the version that I've already paid for onto this computer. I could even use the standard version if that would work.

thank you

Joe

Hi Joe,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to install Acrobat 7 on the machine, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a perpetual license for Acrobat 8. Do you have another email address on which you have Acrobat 7 registered?

You can use the steps given in the following link to download Acrobat 7 on the machine: Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 products

Use the following link to download Acrobat 8 on the machine: Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9

Even several years ago Acrobat 7 was already outdated, unsupported and not compatible with the current operating systems. Now it's even more so, so such problems are to be expected. You can try and run it in Compatibility Mode, but that's about it. It's time to get a newer version.
