I've recently got a new computer and am now unable to edit PDFs etc even though I'm logged into my Adobe account...it keeps sending me to the page with the pricing to purchase the package but I'm already being charged for the service how do I fix this?

I have checked your account information and found an active subscription of Adobe Acrobat DC under it. So you should be able to access the Edit Tool without asking you to pay again.
I assume that you have been trying to access your subscription through wrong application "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC"? However you should be working on Adobe Acrobat DC.
