ID existente no aparece en el momento de firmar digitalmente

Hola,

Adobe Acrobat es la aplicación que uso habitualmente para firmar documentos pdf, algo que hago a diario.

Recientemente he instalado un nuevo certificado digital en mi ordenador (Windows 10, 64bits), ya que el antiguo estaba a punto de caducar. Funciona correctamente en navegadores y aplicaciones, a excepción de Adobe Acrobat PRO (Core versión 22.768). El problema es el siguiente:
- Cuando intento firmar digitalmente un documento, el nuevo certificado no aparece en la lista de IDs disponibles.
- He intentado actualizar la lista en la "ventana emergente", he intentado configurar un nuevo ID desde ese menú, he intentado "reparar la instalación", pero nada parece funcionar.
- Por otro lado, si voy a preferencias>firmas>IDs y certificados de confianza este nuevo certificado aparece con el resto.


Todavía puedo firmar documentos pdf con otras aplicaciones, pero el comportamiento de Adobe Acrobat es un poco desconcertante y molesto.

Would you mind updating the application to the latest version (2022.003.20282)?

 

Also, you may want to check whether the certificate is enabled for the signature. You can reference the given link on how to work with signatures: Certificate-based signatures, Adobe Acrobat

Good morning,

I have the same problem, Adobe (verr 2022.003.20282) doesn´t show the new digital IDs and certificates, but only when i try to sign or certificate a document, if i go to the ID manager i can see the IDs and certs.

I have talked with the support and they say me that the fail its about the las FNMT (official private individual certificates) certificates emited.

 

Adobe Support:

Hemos consultado y actualmente la firma electrónica no es visible en ningún equipo, independientemente de su sistema operativo, se ha reportado que los certificados digitales FMNT ha están provocando incompatibilidad con Adobe en los nuevos certificados.


Los especialista de Adobe ya están al tanto del incidente y están trabajando en ello.

We have consulted and currently the electronic signature is not visible on any computer, regardless of its operating system, it has been reported that FMNT digital certificates have caused incompatibility with Adobe in the new certificates.
