Images within tables

I used Adobe Pro to create a PDF from a Word document. In the Word document, there is a table and the table cells have text with images below the text within the cell. When I create the PDF and open the Tags panel, the image falls outside of the table and appears below the table instead of inside the table row where the image resides.

Is there something I can do to tag the images in Word to make them appear within the table rows in the Tags panel?
