At 10:37 a.m. Eastern time this morning (July 12, 2021), I placed a call to Adobe Customer Service. I was having a problem with Adobe Acrobat. I was given the option of having a call-back rather than staying on the phone. I took this option and was told I would receive a call-back in 32 minutes. It is now 11:49 a.m. -- more than an hour later -- and no word from Adobe.
I placed a second call to Adobe Customer Support and chose the same option -- receiving a call-back. This time, I was told I would receive a call-back in 5 minutes. It is now 30 minutes since my call -- and no word from Adobe.
When Adobe Acrobat works, it is a great product. But when it doesn't, don't expect that you'll receive timely help from Adobe Customer Service. Adobe Customer Service appears to be one of the least efficient, most ineffective customer service offerings I have seen -- if it actually exists at all.
One final note: I am trying to post this comment on the Support Community blog. But the system refuses to do so unless I select one of several specified topics. None of those topics related to Customer Service -- thus virtually ensuring that very few people will ever see this comment.
