Insert image on fileable PDF

Greetings,

I need to insert a field for an image on a form.  I know how to create a push bottom, the challenge is how to make this field repetitive.  It is a label.   There is a total of 400 fields of the same entry on 200 pages.  For regular fields, I can copy the particular field to be repeated and paste them where i need them to repeat.  I tried the same with the push bottom field but it did not work and I had to add the image in every single field.  Also, i would like to have it active for adobe readers.  I have full adobe and that is not a problem, but the person working with the label does not.  How can I make it available to other people without full adobe, just like other fields?

thank you,

Valeria

If the fields are exact copies of each other (ie, they have the same field

name) then selecting an image for one of them should affect all copies.
