I created a pdf interactive form with form feilds for end user to type in names, dates, bios , etc. I also created a button for end user to insert logo . The form feilds function works fine but the insert logo button function nothing happens in Acrobat Reader. Any help is appreciated.

You state that it doesn't work in Reader. Does in work in Acrobat? Can you upload the document?

Yes file was built in Adobe Acrobat Pro and works with no issues. The end user was having the issues inserting logo, photos in Acrobat reader but the form fields were working correctly.
Note: I did save as 'enable more tools>form fills and save'

When you click reply there's a "Drag and Drop" box or browse button below the comment box.

It's because you added Reader Exended Rights to the file, which adds some features but removes others. There is really no need to save it this way any more as Reader has had the capability of saving form data (the main use for extended rights) for years. Newer versions of Reader can import several file types with these buttons, while older versions an only import .pdf file type. Select File > Save A Copy to remove extended rights.

just had user try to new file I saved without reader extended rights and was told the insert file function still not working, any other suggestions?

Are you sure the user has it open in Reader, and not in a web browser?

yes they trying to open in Reader, however it looks like they are not opening in Reader DC version. They are downloading that version now and hopefully that will be the culprit.
