I have scanned documents using an HP printer into a pdf, when scanning it I chose the "High Compression" option on the scanner. When I opened the document I was able to view the pages but when I try to print it, I get several errors including "An internal error occurred" "The document could not be printed" "There were no pages selected to print"
I have tried to go to the advanced options and Print as Image but the document pages where missing. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Does this happen with all PDFs or just the one you tried? For example, if you download a form from http://irs.gov, can you print it?
If all PDFs cause a problem printing, can you print other types of documents like a web page or Word document?
[ps. I also edited your post title for brevity]

I have no problem printing out any documents from Adobe Reader, we emailed the documents that were scanned in using the "high compression" pdf file type on a HP Printer and got these error message when we tried to print the document.

Do they work if they weren't emailed?
I wasn't able to find any information on printing "high compression" PDFs on HP printers.
I suggest you contact HP and be prepared with the following information and to send the PDF to them for testing.
