Is a Optimize file a hi-res file?

Hi! I'm not too familiar with the Acrobat Program so, if I optimize a PDF file, is still kept in Hi-Resolution good for priting at 300 dpi? Please help with you experienced answer. Thanks!

It depends on your settings. You should talk to your printer about what they want for these settings. Typically these are for lowering the resolution to make the file smaller. So if you are downsampling it is likely there will be some quality loss. Again, talk to your printing company before optimizing.
