Is it possible to export the properties of all the fields in a FORM to a JSON or XML file?

Is there a way to extract the field properties from a PDF FORM into something like a JSON or XML file? I would like to extract from an already created form the information about the position (left, right, bottom, top, etc) type of field, if it is Text, Radio, Checkbox, etc., if required.
