It has support for Middle Eastern Arabic, which means For Arabic and Hebrew, the application user interface is in English and Arabic/Hebrew right-to-left language support is enabled by default.

For what purpose? To change the application's language (if so, then no), to perform spell-checks (also no), to create PDF files in this language or fill in form fields using it (if so, then yes, if a compatible font is used)? Or something else?

For Accessibility purposes. I need to set the language in the document properties box to different variations of Farsi.

You can enter whatever value you want under File - Properties - Advanced - Language.

Mine pre-populates with language choices and the ones I need are not there.

I have the same problem with the special character from Czech, I am unable to publish material for my online Czech lessons  which is suboptimal given that my website is a language school. will follow for support
