Hello,
I have an issue updating Acrobat for Mac, release 2025.001.20643.
When I check for updates, I receive a pop-up saying that the internet connection is not available (error 105), even though the connection is working.
Do you have any advice?

Please restart the machine once, and try downloading and installing the update manually: https://adobe.ly/4nFKl7f
Restart the computer after installing the updates. You can also try the suggestions from this article: https://adobe.ly/4mkBCGs
Make sure the following folders have Read/Write access:
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/
/Applications/Adobe Acrobat/
If the issue continues, please perform a clean installation using the Acrobat Cleaner tool, remove the installed Acrobat, restart the client, and install Acrobat again.
For testing purposes, try switching the network connection type like switch to a LAN connection, or to a mobile network hotspot and check.
