Issue with Distributing Forms

Once I have the form set up and I click Distribute the first window pops up "How would you like to distribute the form?" I choose Email, then the next screen "Some of the fields on this form already contain values. Would you like to clear these values before distributing the form? I click No, and then nothing happpens. I don't get any more of the remaining windows that are supposed to pop up in order to distribute the form. What could be the problem?

Hi Emelyg,

Please try the repair installation of the application and restart and check if it works.

If not please follow the steps below :

• Open the Task manager on your machine and check for "Acro tray" if its working
• Right click on the same, open file location and track the file
• If you do not see the program running, with the file location ensure you execute the same file
