Issue with generative AI features

Hello, I am having issues using the generative AI feature. I have a pdf file that is freely available on the internet (see second photo). However, I am getting this error message: "You're not currently eligible for access to generative AI features in Acrobat", when using the web version of adobe acrobat. When I try to generate a summary using the deskop application I get this error message "We couldn't complete your request. Something went wrong. Please try again."

Is there currently a solution to this issue and, or, is there a reason this pdf file cannot be summarized using generative AI?

Correction: see the third photo for information regarding the publicly available nature of this pdf file. Also, this is a chapter of the book which I extracted from the original document. Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issues as the user above with the Generative Summary feature.  I have purchased the full year plan.  I read through the "Acrobat generative AI usage policy".  I have not exceeded 1,000 attempts this month either, although I have been clicking the "Try Again" button when it tells me there is an error processing the document.

The AI Generative Summary is now indicating that "Some content in the document or summary violates the User Guidelines."

I have read through the User Guidelines and there is no way this book violates the guidelines; nothing offensive, inappropriate, etc.

I purchased this feature to help me focus, hopefully, on important aspects of articles and books as I read through them, and now it's not working at all.  

Is there someone at Adobe that I can contact to get this problem fixed????

Now, I'm getting a different message:

"This file isn't supported for generative AI features because it's blank, empty, doesn't contain enough text, or contains text in images. Please try a different file."

None of those things listed above are issues with this document.

Is there anyone I can talk to about this??
