I am part of Santa Clara VTA organization in San Jose. I have a user in HR department is the only one having this trouble....
When scanning a document from a Canon copier, the user chooses the optionScan To Myself. The document scans to her email, and it states the correct amount of pages that was loaded. However the adobe file only loads the first page. Our IT has looked into this issue and we can not get the right resolution to this issue.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20117 (Win), 20112 (Mac) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
