Keyboard arrows not working for scrolling

Adobe 2015 Classic - keyboard up-down arrows no longer work for scrolling per page when set to Fit one full page per window. Tried setting to Single page continuos, Only read the current visible pages and Enable scrolling.

Hi,

I tried using the keyboard keys on the document and I'm able scroll the document using Arrow keys.

You can Click on the document OR bring keyboard focus to document using F6 key and then use arrow keys for scrolling.

Please confirm if this works for you.

No, the keyboard does affect the document but the arrow scrolling does not work as before.
