I'm trying to create a PDF from several landscape Word docs but it keeps leaving the first page of each doc blank. It doesn't happen with portrait versions and it has been fine previously.

Please help!

Hi,

Can you confirm the exact version of the software and operating system you use?

Can you list the steps you take to create the pdf files?

Hi

Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit)
Continuous release
Version 2023.006.20320

Windows 10

1. Select Create PDF (I have also tried using Combine Files)
2. Create a PDF from any format

1. Select Multiple Files - Combine Files
2. Add files - add landscape word docs
3. Once downloaded (and front page is showing on all docs) - Combine
3. PDF is created with the first page of each document blank, so the first page that you can read is page 2, it doesn't insert a blank page it makes the first page blank.

Hi

Thanks for reporting the issue. We are unable to reproduce this at our end. Can you please share some test files with us exhibiting the issue?

Please also try to update your Office version and repairing Acrobat and let us know if that solves your problem.

Thanks
