Hi Andreas,
Thank you for sharing the required information.
It seems you are having trouble with the files which have larger sizes. Rest, the smaller one works fine. Is that correct?
Since you are viewing a house-plan, I guess it must have loads of images. If yes, then lets try making few changes here and see if that helps-
1- Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Page Display>check "Show large Images"
2- Navigate to Adobe Acrobat>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat and check back
Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Akanchha

Hi,
Could you please provide the crash dump if Acrobat is still crashing to help us undertsnd the issue?
Steps to create the crash dump:
1. 1.When Acrobat Pro DC Crashes , open Windows Task Manager
2. Got To “Processes” tab
3. Right click on the process "Adobe Acrobat DC" and click "Create dump file"
4. Dump file will be created in the Temp folder of user (as specified on the dialog you get after creating dump files).
5. Upload this DMP file on Adobe Document Cloud or any Cloud Storage and share the link of the uploaded DMP here.
Regards,
Arvind
