Hello,
Since the latest update 2024.005.20320 , received on december 17th 2024, we are not able to print PDF files attached in an email (Outlook 2402) nor from Adobe Cloud storage.
Our only solution is to download the file locally prior printing which is creating frustration among our users.
Does anyone have the same issue?
So far we tried to uninstall Adobe Acrobat using Adobe's cleaner as well as Outlook and our printer driver with no success. Tested with the old and new acrobat also.
We can print without issues all sort of document and PDFs only if we have the file locally on the computer.

When you were trying to print , was the printer selection dropdoen openning on its own ? and the print operation was not successful ?
