Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have Enterprise account with Acrobat Pro subscription which includes the redact tool to remove sensitive information from the PDF document. To learn more about using the redact tool please check the help page (https://adobe.ly/4lEpkZD)

Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.

Hi, REDACT is not found. Your link is the reason I purchase the license and I was reading the link (https://adobe.ly/4lEpkZDlong time back. Any suggestion? Thanks.

You may want to verify to make sure you are opening Adobe Acrobat Pro, not the reader version.

What option do you see at the moment?

Open a PDF file first, then search the Tools panel for "redact".

same problem, useless/0  help from adobe, just takes you in circles and says "more tool components are being installed" or you can only do this in the app, go to the app again, get the more tool component message. Why can't they have a help desk instead of relying on the kindness of the community. Were paying for a product
