Lock textfields with a signature

Hello,

I would like to lock all text fields of a pdf document after a signature. In the past, I was able to do this with the Adobe Acrobat DC version. For some time now, this locking option is no longer available. Do I need the Pro version for the desired feature?

If you are creating a PDF form using Acrobat Pro, then you can lock form fields using Digital Signature, here is an old article, but the workflow is still valid: https://adobe.ly/3CekNfg and here is a Similar community discussion: https://adobe.ly/40coD0m

If you are using a digital signature, not an e-signature you can still lock the document, please check the screenshot below
