Hi, I am asking here because there are a lot of knowledgeable people. I am looking for a group/forum or tutorials on how to make an EXCEL workbook accessible for screen readers, just like PDF.

Any Ideas, besides youtube?

There are at least 2 free office suite programs that can read and display MS Office files. There are also free viewers for MS Office programs.

I do not mean a viewer or alternative excel programs.

Blind people cant read excel sheets, so they have a screen reader. I want to make the excel work on their screen reader.
