MacOS Sanoma Acrobat not working

Hi All, 

 

We are currently having issues with Adobe Acrobat even after the latest release AcrobatDCUpd2400220964.  Our users are still not able to use any features within acrobat, we have just about tried everything. Attached below is an image of the blacked out tools that are no longer available. We cannot use most of the functions that appear on the left hand side of the app.

Yes, we had to delete the program completely from the macbooks using the uninstaller, then download the older version of adobe as that was the more stable version for macbooks. After downloading we then had the "Disable New Acrobat" and that had fixed the issue for all of our users.
