Hello, how are you? I hope you are well. I have created a form and when I insert a text field, checkbox, it does not appear transparent, it appears as purple. It is true that when you write, the purple is removed and becomes transparent but I want it to remain transparent but I can not get it to be completely transparent. Is it possible? Thank you and have a nice day.

So as long as i see, you can´t control if the fields are highlighted on web browers, that depends on the user, did I understand correctly?

Thank you for reaching out.
You can change the form field color from the Acrobat Preferences. Please use the following steps:
- In Acrobat, go to Menu > Preferences.
- Click on Forms under categories.
- In the right-hand window, go to Highlight color.
- Click on the box for "Fields highlight color" to change the color or make it transparent.

Browsers may (or may not) use their own PDF viewer. Some, like Chrome, can install the Adobe Acrobat extension.

Keep in mind this setting must be changed by the end user. Changing your preferences will only affect your forms.
