Markup cannot get transparent box with red border

when I give markup box zero fill, it automatically makes the red border zero color too!

If you open up the properties bar (control-e), and then select your comment box (I'm assuming Acrobat & the text commenting tool), you should be able to assign an outline to your paper/page color, and fill to none.  Mine are behaving independently. You can get the same settings by right-clicking the comment box and choosing Properties.  Let us know if this is NOT working in this way. (or if my assumption is wrong regarding your program and what you're trying to do).

-What are the values of opacity and Line Thickness?
