Markups disappear once resolved

When I view shared files, any comments that are marked as "Resolved" have their markups (highlights, strikethroughs, etc.) disappear from the page. This is happening on two separate machines (Windows 10), both in the app and online. I had Adobe support spend an hour on one of my PCs updating and reinstalling the software, and in the end, their conclusion was that that's the way it's supposed to work. BS!
I can view the resolved comments in the righthand pane, but the markups on the page do not show, unless I specifically select one on the right. (Only one shows at a time--whichever is selected.)
Is there a setting that I have been unable to find that will allow the markups for resolved comments to continue to show?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.
I tried the same on the latest version, and it worked fine for me.
Have you checked if the filters on the comment panel have nothing selected for Acrobat to filter the annotations (screenshot attached)?
Also, please update the app to the latest version (2024;005.20428) for the best experience.
To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.
