Massenänderung im Adobe Acrobat

Hallo,

ich habe ca. 1000 PDF-Dokumente in diesen ich alle die eMail-Adresse ändern muss und arbeite mit dem Adobe Acrobat Pro. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dies über das System, zu erledigten. Ich habe mein Glück auch schon über den "Aktionsassistent" aber dieser schein hierfür auch nicht geeignet zu sein, denn ich kann keinen Punkt finden der Daten ersetzt.

There's no easy way of doing that in PDF files, which were never meant to be edited in this way.

You can use the Search & Remote Text command (under Protection) to identify the texts, assuming it's the same email address in each file, and then place new text over it, either as the Overlay Text of the redactions, or by using a text field or comment instead of the redaction annotations. For the latter a custom-made script will be needed.

This is not really ideal, as it involves documents that are sent to customers. But all documents are OCR-capable and I can also edit them with Acrobat.

The documents described are brochures that are sent to customers. So I need a "clean" solution.

The real solution would be to go back to the original files used to create the PDFs, and make the edit there, by the way.
