Le menu d'Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro est en anglais. Comment le mettre en français?

Given you have a french version of Acrobat you can change the language the following way.

1. Open Acrobat.
2. Goto [Edit] > [Preferences] or press the key combination [Ctrl]+[K] 
3. Select the menu [Language] and select "Choose at application startup". 
   
4. Click [OK], then close Acrobat.
5. Reopen Acrobat. You now will see a dialog, where you can select from all available languages.
